Items Mail Order was established in 1994 with the aim of providing BA Screws to Model Engineers and Railway Modellers.

FAQs

How much is postage and packing?

Our postage is charged at cost. For our customers our package and handling has no extra charge added. In the case of card payments the postage charge is simply added to the cost of goods.

Is there a minimum order I have to make?

We have a minimum order value of £10 excluding postage charges on our items. 

What pack sizes do you have available?

Our standard pack sizes are available in packs of 10, 25, 50 and 100 although steel and stainless socket screws as well as stainless hexagon, cheese, countersunk and round machine screws are available as singles if required.

Can I get a price list?

Yes, a full stock and price list is available for free by faxing or telephoning 01427 848880. A PDF version is available by emailing us at lostignition8@gmail.com.

I'm local, can I collect my order?

Although our address is shown we don’t offer a collection service, all our available items are strictly mail order.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by either card or cheque. We regret that currently we are only able to process card payments by telephone.
